- preheat oven to 350°F
- cut cookie dough into 1/2 in slices. Ball up and form over backside of cupcake pan.

- mix 8oz package of cream cheese and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1tsp of vanilla extract.
- after cookies have cooled very carefully remove from cupcake pan. Smear a dollop of cream cheese mixture in each cup
- next add your choice of fruit. I used fresh pineapple, kiwi, and strawberries
- add coolwhip on top of fruit covering the fruit and cream cheese.
