  2. Take 1 large chicken leg
  3. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon saffron flowers

  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon ground paprika

  1. Preheat oven 350 Fahrenheit
  2. Heat skillet, add oil
  3. Pull skin back on chicken gently add half the salt and all the onions to both pieces of chicken
  4. Pull skin back over top of chicken and onions. Season with the salt, saffron flowers, and paprika
  5. Add to skillet turn off heat to the skillet. the chicken should be sizzling.
  6. Add to hot oven and let cook for 1 hour.
  7. Let rest for 7 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!
