The ingredients needed to make Steamed Pudding:
  1. Make ready 750 ml White bread flour
  2. Get 10 grams instant dry yeast
  3. Get 15 ml Sugar

  7. Take 250 ml frozen mixed vegetables
Steps to make Steamed Pudding:

  2. Gradually add lukewarm water to form a soft dough. Add the mixed vegetables. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic
  3. Cover dough with oiled plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Knock dough down. Place in an oiled heat - resistant bowl, cover with oiled plastic wrap and allow to rise, until double in size.
  5. Remove plastic and place bowl in a saucepan with boiling water. Steam at low heat for 11/2 hours or until done. Water must be kept boiling and more water should be added as it evaporates.
  6. When done, remove from stove and cut into wedges. Serve with stew.
