Steps to make Tasty yummy EGG BIRYANI:
Cook the rice nearly 80% (add some oil and salt), in another pan fry onions till it turns golden brown (add little bit of sugar and salt to taste) after frying onions keep it aside. Boil the eggs and shallow fry the eggs with turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
In another kadai, add oil, put all the khada masala (elachi,cloves etc.) Add chopped onions. And fry them until the onions turn soft. Add 4-5 sliced green chillies and 3-4 diced tomatoes. Add 1Tbsp Ginger-garlic paste and cook for 5-7mins on medium flame.
Reduce the flame and add half cup curd to it. Mix it well. Add all the other spices, Biryani masala, jeera powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. Add salt as per your taste. And add chopped coriander leaves from the top. Add half cup water and let it cook for for another 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Now, add the precooked rice and the eggs with some coriander and ghee (clarified butter) cover it for 2-3 mins with lid on. And you are done!
