  1. Add yeast and sugar in slightly warm milk and set aside for 5 minutes. Mix oil and salt in flour. Mix yeast milk mixture to flour mix and bind it together.
  2. Knead the dough properly for 5-7 minutes and make a firm dough. Slightly grease with oil and keep in warm place for 5-6 hours until ferment.
  3. After 5-6 hours knead again and release the air from dough.
  4. Make small balls and cover with a cloth to again set for 5 min.
  5. After this slightly press to make flag shape and make a small hole in between with the help of small bottle cap.
  6. Make all doughnuts and fry on medium low heat once the oil is completely heated. Fry all doughnuts and keep aside till they cool down.
  7. Melt white chocolate. Make a small hole and fill around 1/2 tsp chocolate into the doughnuts. Then dip the doughnuts into the melted chocolate from one side. Also drizzle some caramel syrup and make some fine design with the help of toothpicks. Serve as and when you wanna eat.
