  1. Daal ko achy se wash kar ke 2-3 ke liye bhigo dain.
  2. Tomatoes ko boil kar lain jab skin soft ho jye utar ke blend kar lain.
  3. Pan mein pani dalein 1/2 tsp salt dalein jab pani boil honay lgye daal dal ke boil kar lain half daal boil ho jye tu flame off kar dain.
  4. Dried Red chillies,1 tbspn whole black pepper, cumin and coriander seeds ko roast kar lain aur grind kar lain.
  5. In a pan heat oil and 2 tbspn butter add bay leaf, onion slices fry karein golden ho jye tu ginger and garlic paste add karein.
  6. Now add tomatoes puree and mix well.
  7. Add grind spices, salt, chilli flakes,turmeric powder cook well.
  8. Now add boiled daal achy se bhonay sath hi chopped coriander add karein aur bhonay.
  9. Add Half spring Onions, chopped green chillies, 1/2 cup water, Julienne cut ginger and garam masala powder cover karein dum per rakh dain low flame per.
  10. 8-10 minutes bad flame off karein aur bowl mein nikal ke garnish karein chopped spring Onions se aur butter b thora sa add karein.
  11. Serve with raita n salad simple roti,tandoori roti and Enjoy šŸ˜‹
