Wash and slice the bitter Gourds without discarding seeds.
Take the slices in a frying pan. Add 1 tsp ghee. Fry 3 minutes. Add salt 1/8 tsp and mix well. Keep aside to cool.
Take the herbs and turmeric powder, grain into a smooth paste without adding water.
Add this in a mixing bowl.
Combine the sieved the wheat flour and rice flour in mixing bowl. Mix well by adding salt.
Add enough water to do the thick batter.
Now dip the chopped onion and bitter gourd. Mix well to coat all over.
Heat oil for deep fry in a frying pan.
Fry in batches until golden brown in medium flame.
Drain on a kitchen towel or white sheet to absorb the excess oil.
