Instructions to make Restaurant Style Kadhai Paneer:
In a mixer jar take tomato,garlic clove,peanut,cashews,green chillies,green cardamom,black cardamom,clove,black pepper,cumin seeds,ginger and fresh cream and grind it to make a fine paste and keep aside.
Now cut the cottage cheese into dices and heat oil in a pan and slightly fry the dices of cottage cheese.
Now take out the chunks of cottage cheese and add cumin seeds,fenugreek powder and bay leaves in the same oil….let it splutter….then add chopped onion-capsicum and salt and cook it on low flame by covering the lid for 3-4 minutes.
Now add all dry spices,tomato mixture paste and stir it till oil releases from the spices.
Now add fried cottage cheese chunks and stir it for 2 minutes.
Add milk and water and cook it for more 2 minutes.
Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Kadhai Paneer is ready to serve.
