Cut all vegetables roughly &wash them.
Turn on gas place cooker add chopeed vegetables,half tomato, water, salt and 1 tsp oil. Cover with lid and make 5-6 whistle.after that smash all cooked vegetables
Chopped onion and tomato finely, make ginger garlic paste.
Turn on gas place pan add oil then add chopped onions and tomatoes and bay leaf, when golden brown add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala stir and add smashed vegetables.
Add ginger garlic paste and little water and salt.add some butter or ghee cooked some time. Turn off flame add coriander leaves.
