For halwa, boil grated carrot with milk.
Cook on high flame till it become dry.
Add sugar and ghee and mix well.
Cook on high flame till halwa done.
Add milk powder and mix well.
Cook for 5 minutes more and switch off the flame.
Let it cool.
For pudding, take milk in a pan.
Add cardamom powder and rava.
Add sugar and mix well.
Cook on low flame with stirring continuously.
Add vanilla extract and cook till it become thick and looks like halwa.
Take out 1/2 of pudding in a bowl.
In the remaining pudding, add red food colour.
Grease a glass bowl with oil.
Spread red pudding evenly in the bottom of the bowl.
Now spread white part of pudding over red pudding.
Press with spatula and spread evenly.
At last spread carrot halwa on white pudding.
Keep this bowl in refrigerator for 6 hours.
After 6 hours flip this pudding in plate.
Decorate pudding with some more carrot halwa, cherries and tutti fruitti.
