Prepare 200 grams Sweet potato
Prepare 100 grams ☐Cake flour

Peel the sweet potatoes. Chop them up and boil for 7 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Alternatively, you could steam them in a steamer.

Melt butter in microwave - 30 seconds at 500 W. Drain the sweet potatoes and smash it up with a mortar and pestle until smooth.
Take the bowl from Step 2, add the mashed sweet potatoes, butter, and sesame seeds. Knead well. When nice and smooth, divide into two portions.
Transfer onto a well-dusted working surface. Take one portion and roll it out into a narrow strip. Flatten with a rolling pin. The ideal thickness is 3 mm.
Preheat oven to 180℃. Slice the potato into strips about 3 mm in width.
Align onto a baking tray and bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 180℃. It's done when the two ends are golden brown.
