  2. Now in a pan dry roast coconut powder, peanuts, phutana, curry leaves, green chillies, tomato, onion, pumpkin seeds, kaju separately and grind it to a fine paste…
  3. Now in a kadai add lil oil, jeera and let it crackle..once done add the fine paste to it and let it cook for 5mins… Now add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, garam masala and water to it and mix it well and lid the cap and allow it to cook until the gravy leaves all the oil…
  4. Once done now add dry roasted and finely crushed kasturi methi to it and mix it well…fynlly add lill fresh cream to gravy for rich consistency… Kofta curry with creamy texture is ready!!!
