  1. Prepare 3 Tablespoons Butter
  2. Make ready 1 T Olive Oil

  6. Prepare 4 Tablespoons Minced Parsley

Instructions to make Alfredo pasta:
  1. Combine the oil & butter in a non-stick pot with a lid
  2. Add garlic & sauté until lightly brown, then add chicken broth, cream, parsley, salt, & black pepper, bring to boil.
  3. Stir in box of past. Cover with lid, and keep at a simmer on low. Stir every few minutes for twelve minutes. Remove from heat when al dente & cover with lid.
  4. After 5 minutes, when sauce has thickened, stir in 1/3 of Parmesan cheese at a time slowly until melted, tasting until you've added enough Parmesan to taste
  5. Enjoy!
