The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Get 1 cup Left over rice
  2. Get as required Chicken sausage
  3. Take 1 Fish block
  4. Get 2 Carrot
  5. Take 1 Cucumber
  6. Get 3 eggs
  7. Take few Shallots garlic
Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Fry eggs then set aside. Then fry sausage and fish block. Set aside too.
  2. Saute garlic and onion together with carrots and cucumber.
  3. When done add the rice. Mix well until properly combined and no lumps.
  4. Then add the eggs and fish block. No need to season because sausage and fish block are already salty.
