Make ready 1/2 cup Hung Curd/Homemade Curd
Make ready 1 cup Mayonnaise
Take 1/4 cup Mint Leaves finely chopped

Instructions to make Classic Cold Macaroni Salad:
Take a small bowl to make the seasoning. Add olive oil, oregano and salad seasoning.
Add garlic powder (you can add fresh chopped garlic also) and peri peri mix.
Add Jalapenos, green or black olives and mix well. Your dressing for the salad is ready!
For the salad, take a large bowl add chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumber.
Add baby corn, broccoli and french beans.
Add green peas and baby corn.
Add your dressing and mix well.
Add boiled Macaroni.
Hung curd/regular dahi (strain out excess water if any).
Add Mayonnaise and mix well.
Lastly add finely chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves.
