  2. Take Whole Coriander Seed 2 & half tbsp

Directions: In bowl,add red chili crushed,coriander seeds,red chili powder,cumin seeds,black pepper powder and. Our family loves to eat koyla karahi as its newly trending recipe. So i try this recipe, its not a koyla karahi recipe but really look like same recipe and the taste is almost the same.

Instructions to make Koyla karhai:
  1. Karahi masala: Take a pan add Whole Coriander Seed, White Cumin Seed & Whole Red Button chilies, roast it 2-3 mins. Then grind it into the grinder & add Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasoori Methi). Mix well & keep aside for later use. Karahi Masala is ready.
  2. Take a pot add mutton, Ginger garlic paste & water, cook it till meat tender.
  3. Take a wok add oil, ginger garlic paste, Green chilies paste, cook it 5 to 10 mins. Then add tender meat, salt, Shangrila Worcestershire Sauce & tomatoes, cover it to cook till tomatoes get soft.
  4. When tomatoes become soft add karahi masala, fat green chilies, Now cook at high flame till water get dry & oil comes up.
  5. Now place aluminum foil in center. Put hot coal on foil & pour some drop of cooking oil on coal. Close the lid for 5 mins & cook at low flame.
  6. Koyla Karahi is ready. Serve with Naan & Raita.
