  5. Cook meatloaves for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix tomato paste and oil in small bowl. Remove meatloaves and brush with paste mixture.
  7. Place meatloaves back in oven andcook an additional 25 minutes.
  8. Make sure the mini loaves you make are of the same size to ensure even cooking of each.
