  8. Drain water from rice.
  9. Increase heat to high, add rice to pan.
  10. Cook for 7 minutes. Stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  11. Add zucchini to pan, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  12. Add the 6 cups water to the pan. Stir.
  13. When the water starts to boil, keep heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes until thick and only a little bit of water is left.
  14. Reduce heat to medium low. Add 2 tablespoons Sesame oil and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Mix well, cook for 5 more minutes.
  15. Serve hot. May garnish with sesame seeds, diced green onions.
