Instructions to make Daal Waffles:
1.Mix all the 3 soaked daals and quinoa in a bowl. - 2.Add all the ingredients except coriander and grind it with very little water.It is Important to maintain thick consistency of the batter to be prepared. - 3.Once the batter is ready,add chopped coriander to it.This will give it a textured look when prepared. - 4.In the meanwhile, keep the waffle iron hot and ready. once it is ready, spray some oil and spread a thick coat of batter on to the grill. - 5.In 10-15 minutes, the waffles would be ready
