  1. Prepare 1 cup dry black beans
  2. Prepare 1 cup dry red kidney beans
  3. Get 1 pkg Impossible meat
  4. Prepare 1 chopped green pepper
  5. Take 1 bag frozen whole corn
  6. Take 2 cups fresh diced tomatoes
  7. Prepare 1 cup sauce tomatoes
  8. Take 2 tablesspoons of water

Steps to make Vegan Chili:
  1. Make Dry beans or use canned beans but watch your sodium contents.
  2. With a low flame under your pot add water & Impossible meat, chopped meat & cook until brown
  3. Add in beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green pepper, mushrooms & corn. Season to your own liking
  4. Cover & cook on low heat for 35 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice or eat it by itself.
