Take cauliflower cut into small pieces add salt & boil it for 5 mins.Then take out all the water from it
Take a bowl add gram flour, corn flour, maida, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder & salt as required mix it well
Then add boiled cauliflower & mix it well.Take a kadhai add oil heat the pain. Deep fry the batter
Then take a pan add 2 tablespoon oil add onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves & ginger garlic paste saute it
Then add all the sauce & ketchup then add deep fried cauliflower then mix til well leave for 5 mins on low flame
Take in a plate garnish with coriander leaves.Your cauliflower Manchurian is ready to serve
