Boil the pasta with salt and few drop of oil. When pasta is boiled, strain and keep it aside.

Heat oil in Kadai. When it is oil add chopped garlic in it. Fry till it turns light brown.Then add chopped onion, fry till onion turns into translucent. After that add I bowl of capsicums. Fry it.
Add 1/2 tsp of white vinegar to it. Then add spring onion,green chilli and saute mushroom to it. Fry everything in low flame.
When everything is cooked then add black pepper powder, soy sauce as you required and tomato/ tomato chilli ketchup. Stir everything nicely.
At last add pasta in to it and mix everything nicely. Cook it in low flame for few seconds. When it is ready off flame and serve hot.
