  10. Prepare 1 cup Soyabean Oil
Steps to make Piyaju (Red Lentil & Onion fritters):
  1. Wash the Red Lentil properly & soak it in water for some time & then blend it smooth.
  2. In a bowl, take the Red Lentil paste, add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, roasted coriander, cumin, dry Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt & mix it well.
  3. In the gas take a deep frying utensil, add oil in it. When the oil is heated, lower the flame, take some batter in hand & drop it slowly in oil. Make all the fritters like this with the rest of the batter. Fry them until they have turned golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with chopped onions, green chilli or with your favourite dip!
