Prepare For Filling:
Prepare 1 cup moong Dal (wash and soak it)

Take 1 tsp coriander Powder
Prepare 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder
Get 1 tsp Garam Masala
Get 1 cup gram flour (dry roasted)
Make ready Salt as per taste
Take 3 tsp oil
Get For Dough:
Take 1 cup all purpose flour
Take 1/2 cup wheat flour
Prepare 4-5 tsp ghee
Get Salt as per taste
Take as needed Water
Get as needed Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Yellow lentil (Moong Dal) Kachori:
For Filling : Take a pan add oil, mustard seeds. Once it crackled add chopped garlic and green chillies. Saute it for 2 min so the rawness of garlic go away.Add astofedia.
Add Sweet Neem leaves, dry red chillies. Get it little brown now add chopped onion.
Saute the Onions till it get light brown. Seive the soaked Moong Dal. Add to the pan. Roast it properly.
Now close the lid add water on it add cook it for 5 min. Open the lid the moong dal should be cooked 80%. Now add salt, Turmeric Powder.
Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, coriander Powder. Mix it well.
Now add dry roasted gram flour. Mix it well. Roast it for 5 min. The filling is ready. Let it cool down.
For Dough: Take a mixing bowl. Add both the flour. Add salt, ghee. Mix it well like bread crumbs. Add little water and make not soft nor to hard dough.
Take lemon sized Dough ball. Roll it like a Puri on rolling pin. Put 2 tsp of filling on it. Close the Puri.
Now slight roll it with very soft hand. Same way make all Kachoris. Meanwhile keep a pan for deep frying on medium flame.
Deep fry it on medium flame.
Once the Kachori is done serve hot with Chutney
