Take as required Some Chocolate Sauce
Make ready 3-4 Scoops Vanilla Ice cream
Prepare as required Some Choco Chips for garnishing
Prepare as required Some Chocolate Vermicelli For Garnishing
Get 1 tbsp Sliced Dry Fruit for garnishing

Firstly on a slow flame roast the Chana Dal and Toor Dal together for 2-3 minutes.Now take the Other dals and roast them again for 2-3 minutes.
Once it cools down,in a Mixy grind till a coarse flour.
Now add ghee roast it till it is golden brown.
Make a sugar syrup of 2 strings thickness.
Once roasted add 2 Cups Milk cook till it completely burns and it starts to thicken,add Khoya.Mix for 2 minutes and add sugar syrup.Mix well till it starts to leave the pan.
Now add Chopped Dry Fruits and then add the cooking chocolate and on a slow flame mix it for 2 minutes nicely.
Once it begins to leave the pan and becomes a little dry it's ready.
Now the Halwa is ready.Heat the Sizzler dish.Now spread the HOT Halwa on it.
Now place Vanilla Ice Cream scoops
Now pour some sizzling hot chocolate sauce and garnish with chocolate chips and chocolate Vermicelli.
