  1. To the lukewarm Milk, add in Sugar and Yeast. Give it a light stir and allow it to prove. Keep it covered.
  2. Add both the Flours to a bowl. Add in a pinch of Salt. Add the frothy Yeast mix to it along with a teaspoon of Olive Oil. Knead into a smooth dough. Add little more of warm water if required. Cover it and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile get all the ingredients ready. Preheat oven on 180° and set the timer for about 35-40 minutes. On a Pizza tray, spread the dough to a thin crust working with your hands. Bake this in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes.
  4. After done, spread Pizza sauce evenly all over it. Top with the Veggies and the Cheese. Sprinkle some Oregano, Italian Seasoning and Pizza Flakes. Bake again just until the Cheese melts. Slice and serve immediately. Yum!
