  2. Meanwhile, clean and prepare your choice of vegetables and sautée in olive oil for 8-10 mins or until soft but still crispy. Remove from fire and set aside.
  3. Add the milk and a pinch of salt to the egg yolk. Beat slightly then add spices(I use ground mixed spices, garlic, Cayenne pepper, dedicated coconut & ginger). Beat the mixture and cook on low heat till ready. Meanwhile, cook your spaghetti in salty water till soft but not too cooked. Drain in cold running water and fry as usual. You can cook it your style too.
  4. Serve while hot, garnish and enjoy like we did our lunch
