1. Cook turkey and sausage, drain and discard grease
2. Add all ingredients to a 6.5 quart (or larger) pan. Drain/ discard the veggies juice and beans juice but add the tomato juice to the mix.
3. Add water to cover all the ingredients
4. Bring to a rolling boil simmer for an hour if desired. Then serve. Pro tip - sweet cornbread is an amazing addition to this soup
