In a pot, add cooking oil, salt,rice and crush one maggi cube on the rice and the hot water, mix eveerything together and let it cook until the rice is ready.
In another pot, add cooking oil and let it heat up then add the onions,cook until sweaty then add the crushed ginger and garlic cook for a bit.
Add the minced meat, let it cook until all of its water is over.
Add the tomatoes dont stir, cover and let it cook until the tomatoes are ready.

Add a quater cup of hot water then sprinkle the uno powder (this makes the stew thick and gives it a groundnut taste).
