  3. Prepare 2 tbspn Saunf powder / fennel powder

  5. Take 2 tspn Sukha Dhaniya / whole coriander
  6. Get 1 tspn Amchoor / dry mango
  7. Take 1/2 cup Dahi / curd
  8. Get 1 tbsp Kitchen king masala
  9. Take 2 tbspn Sarso Oil / mustard oil
Steps to make Dahi Karele / curd bittergourd:
  1. Peel bittergourd and keep aside do not throw it's peel
  2. Take one tspn oil heat it add peel, saute,add saunf powder and all masalas mix it add some curd saute till dry. Filling is ready.
  3. Take kadai put oil, heat it and put all karela and add curd. Saute till dry the curd, yummy dahi karela is ready to eat with parantha.
  4. Take karela fry them. Remove and keep cool. After that fill the all karelas.
