  8. Dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs or cornflakes crumbs.
  9. Deep fry in veg oil till you get desired brown, take out and serve. Enjoyyyy

Fry potato cutlets in batches until golden brown on both sides. Between batches, add oil as needed. The thick ones tended to have their crispy tops slide off.
