- Add in the sugar and mix well for 2-3 mins then remove from the heat
- Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl and allow to cook for 15 mins, then add in the eggs once at a time, whisking well. Add in the vanilla extract.
- Sift together the flour and salt then add it into the mixture until everything is incorporated.
- Add in the walnuts or chocolate chips then pour everything into a well greased deep baking tray or pan and bake in overnight for 20-25 mins. Allow to cool for a bit. Serve with ice cream.
