  6. Prepare Shredded cheese of choice. (Original recipe uses Monterrey Jack/Cheddar blend)

  1. Place potatoes in a gallon size ziploc bag with oil and taco seasoning. Seal & shake until everything is well coated.
  2. Spray a 9"x13" dish (or any dish big enough to spread them out in) with non stick cooking spray and spread the potatoes out in it.
  3. Sprinkle with a little seasoned salt and black pepper.
  4. Place in a 400°F oven for 40 minutes. At 20 minutes, stir them around to turn and get browned on all sides.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese about 10 minutes before the end of cooking time.
