  18. Get 1 teaspoon Dry Mango powder
  19. Make ready 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  20. Get 1/2 cup Reddish leaves

  22. Make ready for Meethi Chutney–
  23. Make ready 100 grams Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)
  24. Prepare as per taste salt
  25. Get Pinch Hing
  26. Make ready 3 tablespoons Dry Mango powder
  27. Take 2 teaspoons Coriander Seeds
  28. Prepare 2 teaspoons Fennel seeds (Saumf)
  29. Get 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  30. Prepare 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  31. Prepare 2 Cups water
Steps to make Delhi Style Ram Ladoo:
  1. Firstly rinse all Dal then soak for 4-5 hours. Now drain the water add soak dal in blender.Add ginger, Green chilli, pinch of Hing and coriander leaves, make smooth batter and keep aside.
  2. For the Green, Chutney take coriander leaves, Green chilli, ginger, dry Mango, Hing, Lemon juice, Radish leaves, Salt and water in a grinder and make smooth chutney.
  3. For methi chutney, soak methi 5-6 hours. Take a pan turn on the gas on medium flame with water and boil it. Now add methi, Hing Mango powder, coriander seeds, turmeric, Red chilli powder and Fennel seeds,Salt covered it for 20-25 minutes. After 25 minutes turn off the flame and keep aside. After 20 minutes make a smooth chutney.
  4. Now transfer the batter to the large bowl add salt, beat and mix well with hand until the batter change the colour,now start dropping batter as a vada to hot oil. Fry vada till they turn drown colour.
  5. Now vada is ready, place the vada into serving plate, on the top add both chutney, chat masala, coriander leaves, grated radish salt and lemon juice and Enjoy.
