Instructions to make Mutton/Beef White Karahi:
  1. Add Mutton/ Beef, Sliced Onions, Garlic Cloves, Salt and water in a pressure Cooker. Cook for at least 15 minutes under pressure.
  2. De pressurize Cooker and put the meat in open pot or Karahi.
  3. Cook the meat until water evaporates.
  4. Add ginger paste, Black pepper powder, White pepper powder, Coriander powder and Cumin powder.
  5. Cook untill Oil separates from meat.
  6. Lower down the flame and add Yougart and cream and cook for five minutes.
  7. Add sliced Green chilies and cover the pot with lid and cook for 5 mins on low flame.
  8. Remove the lid and cook meat on high flame untill oil start separating from gravy.
  9. Add sliced ginger and cook untill gravy starts sticking to bottom of pot.
  10. Your white is ready now. Put off the flame. Garnish the Karahi with sliced ginger, green Chilis and Coriander leaves.
  11. Serve the Karahi with Naan or Roti.
