  2. In a pressure cooker add dal, salt, turmeric powder and water. Cook it until dal cooked completely.
  3. In a kadhai heat oil put cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Now add onion juliennes and saute till translucent. Add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder saute for a minute and then add bhindi. Stir it well and cook it on low flame. When bhindi is cooked completely add coriander powder, amchur powder, roasted cumin fennel powder, black salt and garam masala powder mix well and saute for few minutes on low flame. Cover it and turn off the gas. Karari bhindi is ready to serve.
  4. In a kadhai heat oil, put ginger garlic paste and saute till golden brown, now add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, saute for a minute, add onion puree and saute till onion gets translucent. Now add tomato puree saute till oil oozing on sides. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder,salt and red chilli powder. Sprinkle some water and saute. Now add mashed potatoes and pour some water according to your desired consistency. Bring it a boil and simmer for few couple of minutes and turn off the gas.
  5. Put garam masala on aalu sabji and cover it. Aalu ki sabji is ready to serve.
  6. Dal is cooked perfectly, heat ghee in a tadka pan put hing, cumin seeds and red chilli powder, when it splatters pour it into dal. Dal is ready.
  7. Make lemon size balls of dough. Heat a tawa, roll a ball like chapati, place it on tawa and cook it on both sides then with the help of tong place the roti on direct flame and cook until puffed.
  8. In a thali serve aalu ki sabji, karari bhindi, dal, dahi and roti. Complete this thali with any sweet dish.
