  1. Gajar ko dho kar cheel lein aur kadukash kar lein.
  2. Pot mein doodh garam karein,chawal (crushed) aur gajar dal kar ache tarhan mix kar lein.
  3. Elaichi powder dal kar halki ancch per 15-20 minute kliya paka lein aur chamcha chalatay rahein.
  4. Ab cheeni shamil karein, chamcha chalatay rahein yaha tak ka cheeni ghul jaye.
  5. Doodh kum hunay aur garha hunay tak paka lein.
  6. Coconut sy garnish kry.
  7. Garam ya thanda serve karein.
