  2. Then if want grind it's up to you but I use this and add egg and mix very well and make a kabab
  3. Tips if your kabab staff is thick or hard you can add water and cook more and if it's so soft put it in fridge 1 hour if still soft add 2 spoon gram flour and mix and make sure your hand gress with oil it's easy to make a kaba it's no stick your hand
