Take 500 gms cauliflower
Get 2 tbsp. chilli powder
Prepare 1 tbsp black pepper powder

Get 2 green chillies
Get 1 big chopped onion

Get 1 inch small chopped ginger
Take 2 tsp red chilli sauce
Take 1 Tbsp green chilli sauce
Get 2-3 tbsp tomato ketchup
Prepare 2 tsp soya sauce
Make ready 1 spoon vinegar
Make ready As required Coriander for garnishing
Instructions to make Gobhi Manchurian:
Pluck the cauliflower florets and wash it properly.
Now take this florets into one bowl and add black pepper powder,red chilli powder and salt and mix it.
Now add corn flour and maida into it. And mix it nicely. Now add 4 tbsp water in it and mix this mixture properly so it gets coated nicely with flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Now fry these florets into deep fry. fry only 10 to 15 florets at a time on medium flame. Don't touch it till 2 mins. Let it fry from one side than turn it after 2 mins. again after 2 mins remove it. Or fry it till it becomes crunch
Now heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and ginger in it. Saute for 2 mins and now add split green chillies. Saute for 1 min.
When now aroma comes add chopped onion in it. And saute for 5 to 6 mins. Add little white part of spring onion. After 2 mins now add red chilli sauce,tomato katch up and soya sauce.mix it and now add 1 spoon vinegar in it.
After 1 min add 4 spoon water in it. Mix it properly and after 2 mins gas off. Add some spring onion and coriander.
Now add cauliflower florets into it and mix it.
