  2. Make ready 4 tbsp - maida/plain flour
  3. Prepare 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste

  5. Get 50g Knorr packet of manchurian
  6. Make ready 400 grams - Cauliflower florets
  7. Take as required Oil for deep fry
  8. Make ready 2 tsp - finely chopped garlic
  9. Prepare 1 tsp - finely chopped ginger
  10. Take 1 chopped green chilli
  11. Get 1 - finely chopped onion
  12. Get as per need Water
  13. Get 4 tbsp - spring onion
Steps to make Knorr ka Dry Gobhi manchurian:
  1. Boil ka gobhi floret for 1 minute, set aside,
  2. Firstly we will make slurry for for this,take bowl add 2 tbsp cornflour + 2 tbsp maida + 1 tsp ginger garlic paste + ½tsp salt + water and make a thick paste then add cauliflower floret and mixed gently, then sprinkle the 2 tbsp maida and 2 tbsp cornflour coat the floret gently.
  3. Heat the oil on high flame fry the floret till it get golden color
  4. Now mix the knorr manchurian masala in 1½ cup of water. Keep.aside
  5. Heat on wok on high flame,add all chopped veggies except 2 tbsp spring onion, saute it for 1-2 minute on high flame, then add knorr masala and cook it for 1 min
  6. Add fried floret and saute it for 2-3 minutes,sprinkle spring onion,and ready to serve
