Make ready For manchurian balls-
Make ready 1 cup Cauliflower
Take 1 cup Shredded cabbage
Take 1/2 cup Carrot, finely chopped
Get 1/4 cup Capsicum, finely chopped
Prepare 1/4 cup Green chillies, chopped
Get 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Get 3 tbsp Corn starch
Get 1/4 cup Maida
Prepare to taste Salt
Take 2 tsp Soy sauce
Prepare 1 tsp Chilli sauce
Take 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
Take 1 tsp Ajinomotto
Make ready As required Oil for frying
Take For gravy-
Take 1 tsp Ginger, finely chopped
Get 1 tsp Garlic cloves, finely chopped
Get 1-2 Green chillies
Take 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
Prepare 1/2 cup Spring onions
Take 1 tbsp Soy sauce
Take 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
Prepare to taste Salt
Prepare 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Get 2 tbsp Oil
Take 1 tbsp Vinegar, optional
Steps to make Fried Rice With Manchurian:
For balls - mix all the veggies and squeeze out all the excess water from the veggies after chopping them. Otherwise too much of water will make it difficult to make the balls.
After draining the water, now add ginger garlic paste, salt, soy sauce,tomato sauce, chilli sauce.(donot add too much salt bcoz sauces also having the salt in it).
Now add maida and cornstarch in it. Mix it well.
If mixture looks wet you can also add some more maida or cornstarch to absorb the excess water.
Now make the smalls balls from the mixture and fry them on medium flame till gloden brown.
For gravy - heat the oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute them.
Now add onions and spring onions and fry them. Till golden brown.
Then add water 2-3 glass of water and boil it.
Now add Cornstarch water (2-3spoon of cornstarch + 1/2cup water mix together). It will give thickness to gravy.
Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper in it. Give them a boil.
Now add the balls and cook for 3-4 mins.
Garnish them with corinader leaves. And serve with fried rice or serve as it.
