  1. Boil the potatoes nicely and mash them by using a masher and place it in a bowl for quick absorbing.
  2. Then chopped the onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger and paste to there garam masala, cumin powder, kasoor Methi, and salt to taste.
  3. Then start to prepare your breadcrumbs or biscuits crumbs and place it in a bowl for further pasting along with two broken eggs by mixing them properly in an another bowl for further pasting.
  4. Then, shape your potato Cutlets just like given in here and of course it will be looking like square sizes and paste the crumbs (whatever available in your home for early preparing), on the full body of the cutlets and dip it into a cornflour mix water and again to the crumbs and start to fry it in a light oil (preferred olive oil)
  5. Finally, sprinkle the egg mixture on the top of the cutlets accordingly and fry them properly and see your egg - potato cutlets are ready. Serve it with chutney or sauce.
