  1. Get 4 Potatoes Boiled
  2. Make ready 1 Bowl Curd
  3. Prepare 1 Tsp Salt

  6. Get 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
  8. Make ready 1 Tsp Kasoori Methi
  9. Make ready 2 Green Chillies
  10. Make ready 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  11. Get 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
  12. Make ready 1 Tsp Seasam Seeds
  13. Make ready 2 Tsp Oil
  14. Take 2 Whole Red Chillies
  15. Prepare As needed Coriander leaves
Steps to make Dahi Aloo:
  1. Cut potatoes in cubes and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl take curd. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kitchen king masala and Kasoori Methi. Mix properly.
  3. Take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add Cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add whole red chillies, Asafoetida, seasam seeds. Cook for 1 min. Add potatoes and chopped green chillies. Fry.
  4. Now add curd with all masalas. Stir. Add 1 bowl water. Stir.
  5. Cook for 5 min.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
