  17. Get 1 Bowl Curd
  18. Prepare 2 Tbsp Oil
  19. Take 3/4 Tsp Salt
  20. Get 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  21. Take 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  22. Get 1/2 Tsp Kasoori Methi
  23. Make ready 1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
  24. Take 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Steps to make Gatte Ki Sabzi:
  1. For Gatte. Mix all the ingredients mentioned above for gatte. Knead a dough.
  2. Now take little dough in your hands and shape it like cylinders. Make cylinders of whole dough and keep aside.
  3. Now take a big vessel and boil some water in it. When water starts boiling add all the cylinders. Boil them for 10 min. Check them if they are done. Switch off the gas.
  4. Take out cylinders from water. Dont discard water. It will be used in making gravy. Now with the help of knife cut the cylinders in small pieces. Keep aside.
  5. Now take a wok. Add oil. Heat. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Add cloves. Add garlic, ginger and green chillies paste. Saute. Add whole red chillies. Saute.
  6. Now add salt, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and turmeric powder in curd and mix well. Add this curd mixture in wok. Mix properly. Now add water which we had kept aside after boiling gatte. Let it boil. Cook on medium heat for 5 min. Add Kasoori methi.
  7. Now add gatte and cook for 10 min on medium flame. Ready.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
