  2. Make ready potato starch
  3. Prepare tapioca flour

  2. Add hot water and knead it with spatula.
  3. Cover it with plate and keep for 5 minutes.
  4. After 5 minutes knead the dough for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix all the stuffing ingredients
  6. Onec again knead the dough and divided in to small balls. Roll the ball like small puri. Put some stuffing in the middle and close it.
  7. Shape it like this using both hands.
  8. Make all the momos and steam for 12- 15 minutes.
  9. Translucent momos are ready.
