  6. Prepare Chaat masala 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

  9. Make ready 1/2 Cup Chawal ka atta (Rice flour)
  10. Get Cooking oil for frying

  1. In saucepan,add add water,cooking oil and bring it to boil.
  2. Turn off the flame,add semolina,mix well and cover & let it rest for 10 minutes then mix well & set aside.
  3. In bowl,add potatoes and mash well.
  4. Add chaat masala,salt,red chilli crushed,fresh coriander,rice flour and mix until well combined.
  5. Now add cooked semolina mixture and mix well.
  6. Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make sticks of equal sizes.
  7. In wok,heat cooking oil and fry potato fingers until golden brown.and serve in iftar
